I have a broad range of experiences with children (5-12), adolescents (13-19), adults (20-65), and geriatrics (65-100) from various ethnicities, nationalities, backgrounds, and socioeconomic populations. I have worked in and/or with schools, psychiatric facilities, prisons, nursing homes, immigration detention camp, and private/outpatient offices. I have provided therapy for individuals, couples, and (biological, blended, adoptive, & foster) families. I have provided group therapy for juvenile sex offenders and their parents. I have assessed and conducted psychological testing/clinical interview for children/adolescents, (5-18) regarding foster care, adoptions, probation/parole, sex offending, and biological parents.
I have addressed substance abuse, addictions (including sexual), domestic abuse, men’s issues, anger/stress/affect management, and life/coping skills. I have provided treatment for mood disorders, anxiety, severe mental illness, sexual/physical/abuse, rape, and trauma. I have strong assessment skills for sound diagnostics and have established therapeutic effectiveness. I have assessed and conducted psychological testing/clinical interviews and/or screenings for adults regarding parole, federal incarcerated men, sex offenders, forensics, law enforcement, veterans, geriatrics, and ministerial candidates. I have provided written reports with simple, direct writing abilities that included recommendations. I have provided supervision for master level practicum students.
