Let's get started.

I work with individuals and couples facing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. My approach begins with truly listening and understanding your story before offering guidance. Trust and comfort are key, so I focus on what matters most to you, making sure our time together is meaningful and productive. In our sessions, you’ll feel heard, supported, and empowered. We'll work through your biggest challenges together, uncovering insights that lead to real progress.

After my graduate studies, I completed a two-year post-graduate internship at the Christian Family Institute with an emphasis on Structural, Strategic, and Family System’s Theories. I am also a Certified Self-Leadership and Executive Coach.

Counseling clients will leave our sessions feeling deeply understood and connected. Together, we’ll focus on your most important issues, ensuring every moment is valuable. You’ll gain insights and motivation to address core concerns. By the end, you’ll have a strong commitment to action, strategies for growth, and enhanced resilience.
