Participation Agreement *

I understand that this is a supportive group space and not a substitute for individual therapy or emergency care. While the group is facilitated by licensed therapists, participation does not create a therapist-client relationship. No diagnosis or treatment will be provided. All participation is voluntary and confidential. If I need individual support, I will seek one-on-one care with a licensed provider. If I am in crisis, I agree to contact a crisis hotline, go to the nearest emergency room, or call 911. Entiendo que este es un espacio grupal de apoyo y no un sustituto de la terapia individual ni de la atención de emergencia. Aunque el grupo es facilitado por terapeutas con licencia, la participación no crea una relación terapeuta-cliente. No se realizará ningún diagnóstico ni tratamiento. Toda participación es voluntaria y confidencial. Si necesito apoyo individual, buscaré atención personalizada con un proveedor autorizado. Si estoy en una crisis, acepto comunicarme con una línea de ayuda, acudir a la sala de emergencias más cercana o llamar al 911.
