Yvonne Everette helps adults and seniors across Texas navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clinical expertise. She provides a safe and supportive space where clients can work through concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. With more than a decade of experience, Yvonne tailors therapy to meet each client’s unique needs, guiding them toward growth, resilience, and emotional well-being. She is especially passionate about supporting clients facing midlife and later-life transitions, grief, and women’s issues. Yvonne understands the complexities that arise during these seasons of life and works closely with her clients to foster healing, balance, and renewed purpose. Her approach is rooted in empathy, helping clients find clarity and strength as they move forward. Yvonne works with diverse populations, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, military veterans, and women, offering individualized care that respects each person’s experiences and identity. She integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness to create effective and empowering treatment plans. Clients benefit from her ability to connect deeply, offering both support and practical tools for lasting change. Outside of her work, Yvonne enjoys music, classic films, theatre, and spending time in nature, which bring her balance and inspiration. She is committed to enhancing the well-being of her clients and continues to bring her passion for healing to individuals throughout Texas.
