If you're a teen or young adult carrying more than the people around you realize, whether it's anxiety, depression, trauma, questions about who you are, or a relationship with substances that's gotten complicated, I want you to know there's space for you here. I work with young people navigating mental health, identity, and substance use, with a focus on those who've felt unseen or misunderstood, including LGBTQ+ individuals. My approach is honest, collaborative, and culturally affirming, drawing on CBT, DBT, and narrative therapy to help you make sense of your story. As a Nigerian and Italian therapist and doctoral researcher at The University of Texas at Austin, I bring an evidence-based lens grounded in real, lived experience. You don't have to have it all figured out to be here.
