Hello!

My focus encompasses serving adults, seniors, & caregivers who may be needing support with multi-cultural, multi-generational family, and purpose-of-life issues. I love this work because it allows me to hold space for stories that often go unheard, especially within families, across cultures, and between generations. There is something sacred in being trusted with someone’s inner world. I believe healing doesn't always look like big breakthroughs - it can be soft, quiet, even garden-like.
