As our lives continually evolve, so do we. We have gathered tools along this journey that have helped and shaped our behavior, coping skills, and formed our life perspectives. Some of the ways we may think and interpret the evolution of our lives may no longer work or support our thoughts and behavior about ourselves and the world around us. Some of these thoughts and behaviors may be unkind and pose as barriers to seeing our best selves.

A therapeutic approach and process can help us develop insight and awareness of what triggers and motivates us to consciously achieve better self-informed choices and self-actualization to reach our full potential.

My goal as a therapist to ensure a safe and empathetic therapeutic environment to create practical goals, explore and challenge thought- reclaiming a sense of identity that’s authentic to oneself and your healing journey.
